View a conferenceA conference is a collection of studies. Using conferences allows a radiologist to group studies of interest to be reviewed with other radiologists, used as training files, etc.
From the navigation bar, select View Conferences. The View Conferences window opens.
Select a conference from the tree and click View. The conference worklist displays the studies belonging to the selected conference.
Right-click the study to be added to the conference.
Select Add To Conference. The Assign To Conference window opens.
Select a conference from the tree and click Assign. The selected study is added to the conference.
Remove an exam from a conference
From within the conference worklist:
Right-click the study to be removed from the conference worklist.
Select Remove From Conference. The study is removed and the conference worklist refreshes.
Move an exam to a different conference
From within the conference worklist:
Right-click the study to be moved.
Select Move To Conference. The Assign To Conference window opens.
Select a conference from the tree and click Assign. The selected study is moved to the conference.
Adjust the order of exams in a conference
From within the conference worklist:
Right-click the exam.
Select Set Sequence.
Enter the new number.
Press Enter.
Note: sort by the Sequence ID column for the sequence to change the order of the conference worklist.
From within the conference worklist:
Organize your conference worklist.
Select the first exam in the conference.
Click Presentation. The conference begins.
Presentation notes are automatically saved when you move to the next exam.
Clear the Presented check box to keep the exam in the conference.
