The Reporting Helper has three main sections: tabs, data windows, and a dictation control panel.
Tabs:
Decision Reporting tab – contains a list of situations or decisions. You can navigate through a tree of related decisions that lead you to the correct standard report.
Reporting tab – contains several expandable lists for templates, standard answers (normals), autotext, and reporting sections. From these lists, you can apply or change a template for a report, insert normals (standard answers) into a report, insert autotext into a report, or jump to specific areas in a report.
Voice Commands tab – contains a list of all default and configured voice commands that you can use in RIS.
Data Windows - contains pertinent radiology information, such as laboratory results or medical alerts. When not in use, the DataWindow can be collapsed.
Dictation Control Panel – has three sections buttons, tracker, and optional speed and tone adjustment tools.
