With a report open, select Reporting>Reject/Reset
Dictation – Sets the exam back to dictated status when a report is either transcribed or in Sign 1 status. This removes the signature and sends the exam back to the transcriptionist queue.
Report Text – Removes all of the report text in the editable sections of the document. This can only be done if the report is not signed or is not approved. If using SPEECHMAGIC, the dictation is also deleted. Otherwise any dictations remain.
Reset Report to Exam Done – Resets the report to the Exam Done Status and removes any dictations and reporting data associated with it. Removes any signatures already on the report. This can only be done if the report is not signed or is not approved.
