There are different types of letters available:
Correspondence – general letters sent to patients.
Preparation – sent to patients with instructions on how to prepare for an exam. They are generally created when scheduling a patient.
Mammo – Lay – sent to patients using non-technical terms to describe their results based on their BIRAD level.
- Recall – sent to patients to arrange for their next appointment.
