The report appears with the information that you selected on the parameters screen. The following buttons appear at the top of the report:

Export |
Select the location for the report (a local or networked drive), select a file type, and click Save. Supported file types are: .rpt, .pdf, .xls, .doc, .xml, .rtf |

Select the printer and number of copies, then click OK. |

Refresh |
Refresh the report to ensure that the most recent information is included. |

Toggle Parameter Panel |
Click to hide (or show) the parameter panel. |
|
|
Toggle Group Tree |
Click to view the details in the parameter panel. |
|
|
Pagination |
Click to move through multiple-page reports. |
|
|
Go to page |
Click in the field, enter a page number, and press Enter to jump to that page in the report. |
|
|
Find text |
Click the icon. In the Find Text dialog, enter the text to locate in the report, and click Find Next. |
|
|
Zoom |
Click the arrow on the icon, then select Whole Page, Page Width, or a percentage to view the report. |
