Merging a Patient

This command is used to merge a patient with two patient IDs into one ID. The source patient's records (including visit, order, and study records) are merged into the destination patient's records.

1. Select Merge Patient.

2. Enter the Source Patient ID or click Search.

3. Select the Assigning Authority from the drop-down list.

4. Enter the Destination Patient ID or click Search.

5. Select the Assigning Authority from the drop-down list.

6. Click Merge.

Patient History – displays all exams for both Source and Destination Patients sorted by exam status. For example, Exam Done, Arrived, Signed.
