Select a patient on the Exam Done worklist.
Click Diagnose on the navigation bar or use the voice command.
Select the appropriate autotext from the reporting helper.
Dictate additional text.
To start recording:
Press Record on your speech microphone, or
Click on the dictation controls.
Dictate your findings and conclusions. The Tracker shows your progress as you dictate. Note: If you have a special note or instruction for the transcriptionist, include it in your dictation.
To stop recording:
Press Stop on your speech microphone, or
Click on the dictation controls.
Click Dictated
The exam is removed from the exam done worklist.
