Collect the paperwork from the patient.
Click to select the patient on the worklist.
On the navigation bar, click Financials.
On the Financial screen, click Insurance.
Select Scan to open the Scanning form.
Position the document in the scanner (note the orientation on the scanner).
On the Scanning Form dialog, select the scanner.
Select the Document Type from the drop-down menu.
Enter a description if it differs from what appears automatically.
Specify if you want to preview the document.
Click Scan.
Click Save to accept the scan (click Cancel to re-scan).
Repeat steps 6 through 12 to scan each document.
When finished, click OK.
