When scheduling exams, there are different color schemes used to represent time slots and appointments.
The background color of the schedule indicates the availability of the time slot. Under Legend (Availability/Background) is a list of colors that are used. A smaller list is available under Search Criteria and hovering your mouse on the color displays the description for the color. For example, hovering over green displays Available.
The colored bar on an appointment indicates the validity of the exam being schedule. For example, red indicates warning or error.
