The Month View switches the main calendar grid to display the current month's appointments. Each day in the month view displays the number of appointments and the percentage of appointments in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Double-clicking a date switches the calendar grid to the day view and opens the day's appointments.
The Day View switches the main calendar grid to display the current day's appointments. The grid displays all the used and available time slots for each modality.
The Utilization View switches the main calendar grid to display the modality utilization percent.
The Modality View switches the main calendar grid to display the modality usage with a maximum of 14 days inside a tab for each modality.
Double-clicking a time slot in the Day View schedules an appointment. The duration defaults to the duration requested when selecting the procedure items in Step 1 of the workflow.
Double-clicking a second time on a different modality (of the same type) or the same modality but at a different time moves the appointment.
Double-clicking a second time entry for a different modality (multi-modality scheduling only) books a second appointment.
Double-clicking allows the user to either combine all the appointments on the modality or split individual appointments into their own times.
Double-clicking an existing appointment opens an Edit dialog box used to change the appointment start time and duration.
Start time – used to modify the start time of the appointment.
Duration – used to modify the duration of the appointment in minutes. Maximum of 1440 minutes.
The appointment color bar can be the following colors:
Orange – time slot is already scheduled.
Black – patient already has an appointment for this time slot.
Green – available time slot for the patient.
Red – available time slot for the patient; however there are errors or warnings.
These links are located in the top corners of the calendar grid and are used to switch between days.
Located at the top left of the calendar grid, displays each appointment for the day in its own appointment boxes. Shorter duration appointments' descriptions may not be visible. To read the text, hover over the appointment and a tool tip appears with the information.
When cleared (default), consecutive appointments are shown in a single appointment box. The appointment boxes display the number of appointments in the time slot. This view can make it easier to see free time slots.
