To view prior documentation/reports, double-click the exam in the patient history panel.
If the patient has another exam to be documented, right-click the exam in the patient history and select Document in new tab.
If additional exams can be documented at the same time, an icon appears beside the Complete button. To associate the exam, right-click the exam in the patient history grid and select Associate current documentation to this study.
