AutoText is a method to quickly insert text that you use frequently in diagnosing an exam. Any AutoTexts you create appear in the main AutoText list. An AutoText can be assigned to a type of exam, or it can be available for all exams.
If designated for one exam type, each time you open that type of exam, the AutoText appears in the list. For example, if you have a US Lower Extremity exam open when you create your AutoText, then the next time you open a US Lower Extremity exam, your new AutoText will appear in the main list. If you open a different type of exam, your AutoTexts appear in a tree view under All Personal.
