Inserting
an AutoText Using Voice Commands
User says Insert + the name of the AutoText.
Position your cursor where the text is to be inserted.
Double-click the AutoText or right-click the AutoText and select Insert.
Select a patient and click Diagnose.
In the reporting helper, select the Reporting tab.
Right-click in the AutoText section and select New. A New/Edit window opens.
Enter a Name. This name is used for voice recognition and appears in the AutoText section.
Enter a Description.
If the AutoText is to be available for all exams, select the All Procedures check box.
In the main section of the screen, enter your text including JumpPoints and DataFields.
Click OK when finished. The newly created AutoText appears in the AutoText section.
Right-click the AutoText to be changed.
Select Edit.
Make the necessary changes to the AutoText.
Click OK.
To see the contents before inserting:
Right-click the AutoText.
Select Preview.
Click OK to return to the report.
