Named Sections are areas in the document that can be navigated to for input through menus or voice commands, for example, jump points in reports.
If two fields have the same name, they appear in navigation bar in the order they occur in the document.
Named fields use square brackets to indicate their location. For example, [Named field here].
Named fields can contain default text or be left blank. If default text is entered it appears in the report and only changed if needed. If not default text is entered, a place holder will be inserted in the document.
New named fields can only contain alphabetic characters. No special characters or numbers can be used. Numbers need to be typed out and abbreviations need to include a space after each character. For example, CT1 would need to be C T one
