Working with JumpPoints

JumpPoints are used to move directly to a set location in a report or AutoText.

To Move to a JumpPoint using Voice Commands

  1. User says Move to + the name of the JumpPoint.

To Move to a JumpPoint

  1. Double-click the JumpPoint under Reporting Sections.

To Create a JumpPoint

  1. Position your cursor where the JumpPoint is to be inserted.

  2. From the Type drop-down, select JumpPointField.

  3. Enter a Name for the JumpPoint. This name appears in the Reporting tab and is used for voice recognition.

  4. Enter the Display Text. This text appears in the report and is used by default.

  5. Select the Voice Enabled check box to enable use by voice recognition.

  6. Click Insert.

To Remove a JumpPoint

Do not move JumpPoints using copy and paste.

  1. Select the JumpPoint using the Fields window located bottom left of the New/Edit screen.

  2. Click Delete.  Move your cursor to the correct location and click Insert.
