To insert information from the database, for example patient name:
Position your cursor where the information is to be inserted.
From the Type drop-down, select DataField.
Under Data Mapping, select the Container from the drop-down list.
Under Field, select the field you want to use.
Adjust the Name or Display Text if necessary.
Click Insert.
