Templates determine what starting information is contained in the report. When a new diagnostic report is created, if more than one template applies to the current study, a dialog box lists all the available templates for the radiologist to select the one required. From this dialog box, the radiologist selects a template by double-clicking it or selecting it and clicking OK.
