Lets you loan multiple patient folders / exams to a single recipient in one transaction.
Select the Folder option button located on the lower left of the screen.
Select either All Folders, Single Folder, or Latest Folder.
Enter the Patient ID and folder number.
Click Add to loan additional folders at the same time.
Enter the Loan Information in the lower section of the screen.
Click Loan.
From the Film Management screen
Enter the Patient ID or search for the patient ID.
Select the folder or exam to loan.
Click the Loan button or right-click and select Loan.
Enter the loan information in the dialog box.
Click OK.
From the Film Return screen:
Select the Folders option button .
Select either the All Folders, Single Folder, or Latest Folder option button.
Enter the Patient ID.
Enter the Folder Number if the single folder option is selected.
Press the Tab key to move to the next line.
Continue entering any additional exams to loan.
Enter the Loan Information in the lower section of the screen.
Click Loan.
Select the Exams option button.
Enter the Study ID.
Press the Tab key to move to the next line.
Continue entering any additional exams to loan.
Enter the Loan Information in the lower section of the screen.
Click Loan.
Add - creates a new row for data entry.
Remove – removes any highlighted rows in the grid.
Clear – removes all the rows from the entry grid, leaving one blank line.
Folders radio buttons – determines which folders are loaned
All Folders – all folders for the Patient ID are added to the list. If any of the folders or exams are already loaned, the system asks whether you want to return them to loan out or to only loan out the returned ones
Single Folder – only one folder for the Patient ID. After entering the patient ID, pressing tab moves to the folder number column to enter the number.
Latest Folder – the highest numbered folder for the patient ID is added to the list.
