Working with an Addendum

Lets you create an addendum after the report has been signed off and approved.

1. Locate the patient.

2. Click Diagnose.

3. Click Addendum.

4. A message box appears asking if you are sure you want to create an addendum. Click Yes.

5. Fill in the new information in the report.

6. Click Sign or Dictated.
