For background information, see: About the Scheduler |
When you search for times for a group of exams, RIS first tries to search for a time where all the exams stay together in the same modality. If there is no time that all the exams can be completed together, RIS searches for individual time slots by finding the first open time that will allow for the studies to be completed within 60 minutes of each other. This may require the studies to go across multiple modalities.
When the Advanced Settings check box is clear, the search starts on the current active day, and the Search button has a drop-down list for Next Day, Next Week, Next Month, and Next Year.
