Lets you make a resource available, not available, reserved for clinic, closed for holiday, or other selections for a specified date range.
Click the Modality Availability Exceptions button on the navigation bar.
Click Add.
Select a start date and time for the exception.
Select an end date and time for the exception.
Select the modality from the list.
Enter a reason for the closure.
Select a New Availability indicating what action is being applied.
Click OK.
Select the closure from the list.
Click Edit.
Make the modifications.
Click OK.
Select the exception from the list.
Click Delete.
Click Yes when asked if you are sure you want to delete the closure, or click Cancel to return to the main screen.
Note: You can select multiple exceptions by holding Ctrl while selecting the rows to delete.
To reschedule appointments affected by exceptions
Select an appointment row from the grid.
Click Reschedule.
Search for a new time slot by clicking Search.
Click OK.
Screen elements:
All – displays a list of all the exceptions
By Month - displays all the exceptions for the selected month
By Day – displays all the exceptions for the selected day
<< - Previous button – moves to the previous day or month
>> – Next button – moves to the next day or month
Calendar button – lets you quickly select a day or month without having to use the next or previous button. Available when the day or month option is selected.
