The RIS User Interface includes the following elements:
Menu Bar – Located at the top of the screen.
Tool Bar – Located below the menu bar, at the top of the screen. Provides quick access to common functions.
Tabs – Lets you have multiple items open (for example, worklists, patients, orders) and move between them with a single click on the tab.
Status Bar – Located at the bottom of the screen. Displays messages about the status of operations.
Navigation Menu – Provides access to items used to advance through the patient workflow.
