Using the MyView Toolbar

After you have customized a worklist, you can save your changes as a view to be available each time you access the worklist.

Create a new view

  1. Right-click the MyView toolbar.

  2. Click Add MyView.

  3. Enter the name for the view.

  4. Click Save.

The new view appears on the MyView toolbar.

Apply a saved view

  1. Click the name on the MyView toolbar.

Set a view as default

To automatically apply a view when you open the worklist, set the view as default:

  1. Right-click the view.

  2. Select Default.

Updating a view

  1. Make your adjustments to the view

  2. Right-click the MyView toolbar.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Click Yes to the message asking if you want to update the view.

Remove a view

  1. Right-click the MyView toolbar.

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Click Yes to the message asking if you want to delete the view.

Group views

Group views are views created for a role and are visible by right-clicking the MyView toolbar. The view remains on the worklist for the current session.

To permanently keep the group view on the toolbar, right-click the view and select Always Show.

Note: The view is only saved for the current worklist. To have unique views for each worklist, you must create and save the views separately. You can save multiple views for each worklist.
