When you log on, your voice recognition profile is used. This lets you have consistent speech results on all workstations.
The Audio Wizard helps set the input volume levels on the workstations. All dictating users should run this at least once. The audio wizard displays automatically if it is the first time a user is using that workstation. It can also be started using a voice command or by selecting Tools>Audio Wizard.
A message appears recommending the audio wizard be used if SPEECHMAGIC determines the sound quality is too noisy, too low, or too loud. Each user's audio wizard settings are stored for each workstation they use.
