Lets a doctor enter a normal answer. If there is only one answer template and only one standard text that can apply, then the report is generated automatically. If there are multiple standard texts or templates, then the doctor can select which to use.
Normals or standard answers are used when reporting on an exam and the answer is always the same or similar.
