Lets you select a standard answer for use within the current template.
Using a mouse: Double-click the normal from the list of available normals for that particular study. This overwrites any document that has been created and inserts the selected normal as the document.
Using a voice command: State "Normal" followed by the name of the standard answer. This overwrites any document that has been created and inserts the selected normal as the document.
Creating a new standard answer
Select a patient and click Diagnose.
In the reporting helper, select the Reporting tab.
Right-click in the Standard Answers section and select New. A New/Edit window opens.
Enter a Name. This name is used for voice recognition and appears in the Standard Answers section.
Enter a Description.
If the Standard Answer is to be available for all exams, select the All Procedures check box. If not selected, it only appears for the same procedure currently selected.
In the main section of the screen, enter your text including JumpPoints and DataFields.
Click OK when finished. The newly created Standard Answer appears in the Standard Answer section.
Right-click the standard answer to be changed.
Select Edit.
Make the necessary changes to the standard answer.
Click OK.
To see the contents before inserting:
Right-click the standard answer.
Select Preview.
Click OK to return to the report.
